My experiences as a teaching assistant and graduate student instructor taught me to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences clearly. Leading the department capstone sessions provided me the opportunity to come up with creative ways to maintain audience's attention and engagement with course material. Assisting a broad range of courses in different organizations meant being flexible collaborating with significantly different organizational and personal work styles.
